The dress is crafted from the finest materials, featuring a hand-pleated chiffon bodice and a flowing skirt of natural silk organza.
The bodice, in luminous white, is meticulously pleated by hand, fold by fold, creating a refined texture that subtly catches the light. It has a boat neckline and sleeveless design, framed by hand-finished black gathered trims that elegantly outline the neckline and armholes. The back is fastened with a concealed center zipper for a seamless fit.
The skirt sits low on the hips, flowing into an asymmetric silhouette that extends gracefully at the back. Made from two layers of natural silk organza, it is finished with a wide, gathered ruffle that encircles the hem, adding volume and graceful movement to each step.

Shipping
PRE ORDER / MADE TO ORDER
The cost of the delivery of each order will depend on the destination, size and weight of your order. The cost of each delivery method will be clearly stated during the purchase process.
The packages are sent based on DAP (Delivery At Place). In Delivered at place agreements, the buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination.
All orders are made to order, ensuring that each piece is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, just for you. This allows us to offer exclusive, personalized items while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Quantities are limited, and orders will take 3 to 4 weeks to ship, with the exception of wedding dresses (please refer to the estimated time frames at info@estelamaram.com).
Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email us for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed. Please email help@estelamaram.com if your tracking number is not sent in the estimated time frame.
RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your order, have received faulty merchandise, or need to make an exchange, please fill in the information above. If you have any questions regarding your exchange, contact us at help@estelamaram.com with your order number in the subject line.
Custom orders are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged, as they are made specifically to your requests and measurements.
For pre-order garments, we accept returns only if the product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, and the item must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
Exchanges for pre-order items are possible only if the item is defective, does not meet the agreed specifications, or is available in stock for exchange. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, the exchange cannot be processed.
We do not process refunds for returned items, and no exceptions will be made. All shipping for return/exchange is at the customer’s cost. We reserve the right to cancel orders, in which case a full refund will be issued. If your order involves a custom design or wedding dress, please email help@estelamaram.com for specific time frames and conditions related to your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We offer international shipping via DHL. Please note that additional duties and taxes may apply depending on your region, and these costs are the customer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot cover any extra shipping charges incurred upon delivery. Please also be aware that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders that are not received due to unpaid duties or taxes.
