Shipping<\/h3>\n

PRE ORDER \/ MADE TO ORDER<\/strong><\/p>\n

The cost of the delivery of each order will depend on the destination, size and weight of your order. The cost of each delivery method will be clearly stated during the purchase process.<\/p>\n

The packages are sent based on DAP (Delivery At Place). In Delivered at place agreements, the buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination.<\/p>\n

All orders are made to order, ensuring that each piece is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, just for you. This allows us to offer exclusive, personalized items while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Quantities are limited, and orders will take 3 to 4 weeks to ship, with the exception of wedding dresses (please refer to the estimated time frames at\u00a0info@estelamaram.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email us for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed. Please email\u00a0help@estelamaram.com<\/a>\u00a0if your tracking number is not sent in the estimated time frame.<\/p>\n

We do not dispatch orders over the weekend. Any order placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.<\/p>\n

RETURNS<\/h3>\n

If you are unsatisfied with your order, have received faulty merchandise, or need to make an exchange, please fill in the information above. If you have any questions regarding your exchange, contact us at help@estelamaram.com<\/a>\u00a0with your order number in the subject line.<\/p>\n

Custom orders<\/strong>\u00a0are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged, as they are made specifically to your requests and measurements.<\/p>\n

For\u00a0pre-order garments<\/strong>, we accept returns only if the product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, and the item must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.<\/p>\n

Exchanges for\u00a0pre-order items<\/strong>\u00a0are possible only if the item is defective, does not meet the agreed specifications, or is available in stock for exchange. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, the exchange cannot be processed.<\/p>\n

We do not process refunds for returned items, and\u00a0no exceptions<\/strong>\u00a0will be made. All shipping for return\/exchange is at the customer\u2019s cost. We reserve the right to cancel orders, in which case a full refund will be issued. If your order involves a custom design or wedding dress, please email\u00a0help@estelamaram.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0for specific time frames and conditions related to your purchase.<\/p>\n

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS<\/h3>\n

We offer international shipping via DHL. Please note that additional duties and taxes may apply depending on your region, and these costs are the customer\u2019s responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot cover<\/strong> any extra shipping charges<\/strong> incurred upon delivery.
